Upon approval, applicants will receive a written acknowledgment letter for their tax records.

Provide a brief description of your evangelism or mission activity. You may include supporting materials such as photos, videos, YouTube links, or other relevant records.**Pre-trip notification is encouraged to help establish the intent of the activity from the beginning.

Submit Travel Expense Documentation
Upload receipts or records related to your self-funded travel and mission expenses for documentation purposes.

Individual Review
Each submission is reviewed for clarity and documentation purposes. Please ensure all records are verifiable before submitting.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER
After individual review and approval, Urgent Harvest may issue a written acknowledgment letter documenting your mission activity and related unreimbursed expenses. This letter may be kept with your personal tax records.
